Nirmal Sumanaratne
Recruitment Specialist
Nirmal has over six years experience in contact centre operations specialising in telecommunication and IT. Throughout his career Nirmal has worked in a variety of call centre positions which includes managing a team of 22 customer service representatives, in addition he was also involved in training and recruitment. Nirmal has been with APRG since May 2008 and has worked in a number of volume recruitment projects focusing in contact centre, operational roles and specialist customer service roles.
