Robert Bromage
Managing Director and Founder
Qualifications: Robert has completed a Bachelor of Business Management through Queensland University of Technology. He is currently completing a Masters of Business Administration also through Queensland University of Technology, which he commenced in 2004.
Business Experience: Robert has 16 years work experience with highlights including:
- General Management of QPL Ltd a recruitment company with offices in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne. Responsible for establishing new markets, consulting operations, new client development/tendering, process/procedural improvement and quality assurance (4 years).
- Establishment and management of Hays Banking Personnel & Call Centre Recruitment Divisions in Queensland (3 years).
- Branch Management with the Bank of Queensland (8 Years).
Other: Robert is a Councilor for the Queensland Chapter of the Recruitment and Consulting Services Association (RCSA).
Carl Lawback
Director Finance
Qualifications: Carl has completed a Bachelor of Business Accounting through Queensland University of Technology. He is currently near completion of the Certified Practicing Accountant program through CPA Australia, which he commenced in 2002.
Business Experience: Carl has 16 years work experience with the last 5˝ years in the Accounting Profession with highlights including:
- Management Accountant/System Accountant with Tarong Energy Corporation (3 years).
- Financial Accountant with NRG Asia Pacific Pty Ltd (1˝ years).
- Assistant Accountant with UniQuest Pty Ltd. Technology commercialisation and consulting company of the University of Queensland (1 year).
- Bank of Queensland (10 Years) including Branch Management.
Dickon Doe
Director Marketing
Qualifications: Dickon has completed a Bachelor of Arts, with Honours in Philosophy and Classical Civilisations through University of Keele, Staffordshire UK.
Business Experience: Dickon has 13 years experience in the marketing arena, including 8 years in management. He now runs his own marketing consulting company “enzyme”. The company was established in May of 2006 and consults to a range of Australian and International business including Flight Centre, Tabcorp, Virgin Blue, and Millers (Specialty Fashion Group). His career highlights have included:
- Loyalty director for ICLP a specialist Loyalty Marketing Consultancy. Dickon was the global lead for retail marketing.
- Head of Analytics for the Carlson Marketing Group
- Group Account Director for Dunnhumby in the UK and Country Director in Australia
- As Manager Acquisition Strategic Marketing with British Airways, Dickon specialised in analytical approaches for the Executive Club Frequent Flyer Program and was responsible for end-to-end marketing delivery
Other: Dickon is a SAS consultant partner, a strategic partner to Acxiom, member of the Institute of Direct Marketers, member of the Australian Marketing Institute and is on the CRM Committee for the Australian Direct Marketing Association. He has also been a speaker and session leader at the ADMA Forum (Australia’s biggest Direct Marketing conference).
Scott Wiseman
Director (Alternate)
Qualifications: Scott has completed a Bachelor of Business Marketing through Queensland University of Technology. He is currently completing his Masters of Business Administration through Griffith University, which he commenced in 2002.
Business Experience: Scott has 12 years work experience with highlights including:
- Chief Executive Officer with the Baking Industry Association Queensland.
- Winner of two marketing awards for Membership Programs from the Australian Society of Association Executives.
Other: Scott is currently a director with the Queensland Food and Forestry ITAB and is a Board member for Agribiz, ANZBake, and Industry Priorities Training Committee. He is a member of the Australian Institute of Management and Industrial Relations Society.
