Manager Support Services

Gavin Stutz Gavin has over 20 years business management experience including branch and area management with ANZ Bank. His banking career included leadership & management, training & development and recruiting his own staff. Having joined APRG in 2005, Gavin is responsible for all Practice support services including Accounting, Administration, Business Systems, Marketing, Process Improvement, Procurement and Quality Assurance.

Nicky Spring
Corporate Accountant

Nicky Spring In 2012, Nicky will complete a Bachelor of Business degree with a double major in Accounting and Finance. She brings to APRG five years experience in all day to day accounting issues gained from work experience in both the education and banking sectors. She is responsible for our accounting function including cashflow forecasting, budgeting, payroll, accounts payable and receivable, superannuation and reporting.

Lisa Smith
Recruitment Administrator

Lisa Smith Lisa has a good understanding of recruitment processes gained in completing her Bachelor of Business majoring in Human Resource Management through QUT. In addition Lisa brings to APRG high level administrative and customer service skills acquired during previous work roles. At APRG, Lisa is focusing on recruitment administration support and system and process improvements.

Pauline Hoareau
Corporate Administrator

Pauline Hoareau Pauline has gained a strong understanding of customer service through her experience within the retail industry and also has a background in reception and administration. Pauline brings to APRG a positive approach when dealing with our candidates and clients. At APRG, Pauline is the Corporate Administrator focusing on reception and all aspects of administration.

Chelsea Richards
Recruitment Administrator

Chelsea Richards Chelsea has a strong understanding of administration gained while studying her Certificate II in Business Administration. She brings to APRG a strong customer service focused attitude developed within the retail industry. At APRG, Chelsea's role as our Recruitment Administrator involves reception duties and undertaking pre interview administration tasks.

Morgan Nothling
Corporate Administrator

Morgan Nothling Morgan is a part-time member of the Support Services team, assisting with all aspects of corporate administration and providing general support to the Magnitude Practice during assessment centre projects. She is currently studying a Bachelor of Psychological Science and brings strong customer service and organisational skills to APRG in her role as casual Corporate Administrator.

Kaitlyn Stutz
Corporate Administrator

Kaitlyn Stutz Kaitlyn is a part-time member of the Support Services team, assisting with all aspects of corporate administration in her role of casual Corporate Administrator. She is currently undertaking a Bachelor of Environmental Management and brings a strong customer focus gained during her 4 years retail customer service experience.
