You will receive 100% of what you bill, less your own operational costs and a management fee. Additionally you will take advantage of the benefits of the groups buying power.
You are able to build your own highly profitable business while contributing to the value of a tangible asset.
You have the flexibility to structure the way you receive your income to your benefit. There are taxation advantages when established as a company including the flexibility to package (car, super etc) and use of family trusts for income splitting. We recommend you obtain advice from an accounting professional to ensure you structure your business to receive the greatest advantage.
In purchasing an APRG practice, you will be securing exclusive rights to a particular territory and specialisation. This is opposed to a license arrangement where you may find yourself competing with other licensees. APRG are dedicated to helping you grow your business, enabling you to secure maximum market share within your territory.
APRG will manage all invoicing and collection of your hard earned billings. As you do not have to follow up clients for payment, your business critical relationship is preserved. Additionally, APRG will manage your temp/contractor payroll, ensuring temps/contractors are paid and all necessary administration (including payslips, superannuation, payroll tax, workers compensation, group certificates, etc) is taken care of.
As further APRG practices roll out you will have increased access to candidates residing in all major centres and regional areas. This will allow you to provide your clients with a much wider applicant pool. If other practices are placing your candidates, you may also receive a fee.
Unlike recruiters who are in business alone, you will be able to grow with greater momentum by working hand in hand with other practices. You will also benefit from group branding and tender efforts.
Training initiatives are in place to ensure you and your staff are ready to start recruiting from day one. You will also have access to ongoing training programs ensuring you have the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in this competitive industry.
