Robert Bromage - Practice Director

Robert has 14 years current recruitment experience in at all levels (including Executive) in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne. Robert's career highlights include establishment and management of the Brisbane Banking & Finance Division of a global recruitment company, General Management of a niche specialist employing 35 staff and founder of Australian Professional Recruiters Group in 2004. Prior to recruitment, Robert had eight years Banking experience with a Queensland based regional bank.
Robert has completed a Bachelor of Business Management through Queensland University of Technology and is currently completing an MBA also through QUT. Robert is an accredited professional recruiter holding the designation of an MRCSA and was the President for the Queensland chapter of the RCSA in 2008 and 2009.
Robert has demonstrated experience in recruiting Senior Management & Executives including the following; Accounting & Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, Public Relations & Communications, Operations Management and Project/Change Management.

Brad Kent
Lead Recruitment Specialist
Brad has several years experience in recruiting qualified Accounting & Finance professionals in the Brisbane market as a leading consultant with a global recruitment company. He has completed a Bachelor of Business with Majors in Marketing and Management, and completed a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment.
At APRG Brad is responsible for permanent Accounting and Financial Executive roles.

Malinda has a Degree in Business majoring in human resource management, along with experience in the payroll office of Bunnings Melbourne, and bookkeeping and payroll experience for a Queensland based marketing company. At APRG Malinda looks after temporary recruitment within the Accounting practice.
